Refund Policy:

We offer a 14-day return policy, providing you with 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and ensure it is rectified.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to get the item you desire is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period:

If your merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, informing you of the approval status for the refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
